These things are pretty good for your kid as they only have 4 grams of sugar for 8 pieces, are plant based yet taste amazing, good for gut, non GMO, no synthetic colors & don't have sugar alcohols. They aren't a good source of protein but they are a good source of fiber, a single serving (8 pieces) has 8 grams of fiber. The candy itself doesn't have any major allergens but they are made in a factory that has milk, peanuts, soy & wheat. The people behind this candy seem ethical, especially the co-owner & chief creative officer, Ryan Trahan. He makes content on the internet & is a super upbeat & "joy-filled' man, who does fundraisers to help people in need.
